"I called State Farm to make a yearly payment and change the beneficiary on my life insurance policy. I set aside an hour and a half for this and prepared myself for the elevator music. Parris took my call and efficiently led me through the payment process in just a few minutes. The beneficiary change involved more info than the payment process did plus an e signature which Parris navigated me through it all easily. It took about 30 minutes total with no music involved and am very grateful she was the one that handled my situation. Thank you so much! Gary"

"This place is so unprofessional, I don’t recommend it at all, I’ve been trying to speak with Flor from this office over a week already and I haven’t been able to get a call back in return, they are so easy to answer the phone when it involves you giving them money but when you need their assistance on a claim it seems like your not even their client, I hate when people aren’t straight up honest with you, they’re always making excuses and I’ve had it, I don’t recommend this place or this insurance company."
